Salon websites that get you booked

A new client choosing a salon is weighing up three things: will they do a good job, what will it cost, and can I get in this week? Your website should answer all three without anyone needing to send a DM and wait.

Show your own work

People choose a hairdresser or nail tech by looking at the work, and stock photos make clients suspicious. A gallery of your own results, sorted roughly by type (colour, cuts, bridal, nails, lashes and brows), is worth more than any amount of copy.

They don’t need to be studio shots. Good daylight and a plain background get you most of the way. If you post regularly on Instagram, we’ll link to it so people can see what’s new.

A price list people can actually read

Salon menus get complicated. A cut might depend on hair length, a colour on whether it’s a root tint or a full head of foils, and lash infills on how long it’s been since the last visit. The answer isn’t to hide prices; it’s to lay them out clearly with “from” prices, how long each treatment takes and a note on what affects the final cost.

A few things are worth spelling out because clients do ask:

On Business and Premium your services and prices are easy to edit, so you’re not stuck with last year’s price list when you put prices up.

Booking that fits what you already use

If you already take bookings online, we’re not going to make you switch. The job is to make booking obvious: a clear “Book now” button on every page and on your Google Business Profile, pointing to the place you already take bookings. Premium includes integrations for bookings and payments; tell us what you use now and we’ll confirm in your quote what we can connect.

If you don’t use a booking system at all, that’s fine too. Bookings or orders are part of Business, and we’ll agree with you how booking requests should reach you.

The team page matters more than you’d think

People book a person, not a salon. A short line about each stylist or therapist, what they specialise in and a photo of them (smiling, not posed in front of a ring light) helps a nervous new client pick someone.

Getting found locally

When someone searches for a salon nearby, Google leans heavily on your Business Profile: categories, photos, reviews, hours. Business includes optimising that profile: categories, photos, hours, descriptions and posts. Our review management add-on gives you a simple way to collect reviews and help replying to them on Google. We won’t promise a ranking; nobody can.

Packages and prices

Start is £110 + VAT for a one-page website with a map, your hours, a “Call now” button and a contact form; fine for a one-chair salon or a mobile therapist. Business, £160, is what we’d suggest for most salons: up to five pages, an easy-to-edit services list, bookings or orders, Google Business Profile optimisation and help with the copy. Premium, £190, adds integrations for bookings and payments, animations and bespoke design, and two language versions. The care plan is £9.50 a month. Frequently asked questions

I already use an online booking system. Can I keep it?

Yes. We’ll add a clear “Book now” button that takes clients to it. If you’d like more than a link, Premium includes integrations for bookings and payments, and we’ll confirm what’s possible with your system in the quote.

Can I change prices and treatments myself?

Yes, on Business and Premium. On the care plan we can also make small changes for you, for example when you add a new treatment.

I mainly use Instagram. Do I still need a website?

Instagram is a good shop window, but prices, hours and booking links are hard to find there, and Google doesn’t treat it like a website. Your site gives them a permanent home.

Can clients pay a deposit when they book?

If your booking system already takes deposits, keep using it. Premium includes integrations for bookings and payments; tell us what you need and we’ll confirm in your quote what we can set up.

Tell us about your salon

Message us on WhatsApp or use the enquiry form. It helps to mention which booking system you use, if any, and roughly how many treatments you offer. We’ll reply with a free quote, usually within one working day.
